Dylan joined West End in 2026 as the newest member of our team, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for all things construction. He helps keep our job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly, drawing on years of experience working alongside his father, a contractor, on weekends and throughout the summers while growing up.

Outside of work, you’ll find Dylan building furniture, making candles, getting in a workout, or exploring local coffee shops with his wife.
