Since joining West End in 2018, Max has drawn on their background in customer service, retail operations, and education to ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing calendars and invoicing to keeping the office stocked with snacks and offering a listening ear, Max is an essential part of the team. Outside of work, you’ll find Max playing pinball with their son at the local arcade, binge-watching RuPaul’s Drag Race, or belting out Whitney Houston ballads, no matter the mood.
